Spinning

Our small group Spinning Classes have a maximum of 8 participants so you truly feel part of an Indoor Cycling Team!

Spinning is high energy but low impact so it is perfect for all ages and abilities.

The sessions last 1 hour and the format comprises of 45 minutes of Spinning with 15 minutes of core and stretching.
