Pilates

Our Small Group Matwork sessions focus on the key Pilates principles. They offer a blend of core and mobility exercises, helping to improve balance, strength and flexibility.

The class environment is welcoming to all and because we only have a maximum of 7 participants per session, guidance and personal feedback is offered throughout.
